Since 1968, Ferruccio Lamborghini abandoned the famous automotive activity and decided to return to his origins: The land, the harsh and sweet one on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. This is how fine wines were born, a precious nectar that in every sip contains a name that continues to write the history of our country.
The extreme search for quality and the desire to highlight the characteristics of the territory have allowed the beginning of a dramatic improvement both in terms of the management of the vineyards and the conduct of winemaking under the supervision of Riccardo Cotarella for over 20 years. The result of these efforts has produced modern wines of the highest caliber.
OUR CLASSICS
In the early days, various varieties of both red and white grapes were planted: in addition to the classic SANGIOVESE and CILIEGIOLO , it was also decided for more unusual varieties for those years, such as MERLOT and
CABERNET SOUVIGNON .
WHITE ROSE’
Grechetto ALICE Umbria IGT is the novelty of 2023, elegant and rich with notes of flowers with a full, pleasant and persistent flavour. Rosè Merlot Umbria IGT was added to the collection in 2022, it is characterized by flavor, freshness and refinement, with floral and exotic fruit notes.
SPARKLING
A collection of bubbles that includes Demi Sec Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato , Brut Pinot Chardonnay and Pinot Noir . Fine and persistent. Fine, fruity and harmonious bouquet. The Classic Method Millesimato and Method Classic Rosè Sparkling Wines have been added to the line . VARIETIES : Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay, Glera, Pinot Noir
